Kathy Fricker (nee Bean).  I left Corby at 16, joined the Navy and stuck it out for 12 years.  Married and settled in Plymouth.  Now have two sons 14 and 16 years old.  Have run a catering business, worked with kids with disabilities, got a degree.  Currently work as an NVQ Assessor for people in the child care world.  Am considering going back to University to do a Masters in Social Work.  

I left in 1975.  There were six of us went through Lodge Park, me, Carol, Hilda, Billy, Wendy and Diane!
